My name is Nicholas Mancuso. I’m currently a post-doctoral researcher in computational/statistical genetics in Bogdan Pasaniuc’s lab. My research interests include developing computational methods to infer population parameters from low-coverage sequencing data, fine-mapping associations between complex trait and gene expression, and elucidating the role of rare genetic variation in complex traits.
